Montavra Global provides curated products to our discerning clientele. Our Digital Products are available globally with instant delivery. Our Physical Products are currently available exclusively for shipping across India.
Digital Delivery
All digital products (Notion templates, e-books, guides) are delivered instantly. Upon successful payment, an automated email containing your secure download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Processing
Physical item orders take 1-3 Business Days to process before they ship out. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Transit Times
Metro Cities (India): 3 to 5 Business Days
Rest of India: 5 to 7 Business Days

Shipping Policies
Split Shipments: If you order multiple physical items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, as they may be sourced from different
specialised domestic fulfilment centres.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.
Failed Delivery: Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Delivery & Lost Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must report it to us at support@montavraglobal.com within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
