Digital Products
Due to the instantaneous and non-returnable nature of digital downloads (such as Notion templates, e-books, and guides), All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for digital goods once the file has been accessed or downloaded, unless a verifiable technical error prevents you from downloading the file entirely.
Physical Products
Because our physical items are processed through local fulfilment partners within India, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the strict case that an item arrives damaged, Wrong, or Defective. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or sizing issues (unless the size sent differs from the size ordered).
Mandatory Proof for Claims
IMPORTANT: To process a claim for a damaged, wrong, or defective physical product, you must provide clear visual evidence. An Unboxing Video showing the package being opened, along with clear Photos of the damage or defect, must be included in your email claim. Without this proof, your claim may be automatically denied.
Reporting Timeline & Processing
You must report any issues (with provided proof) within 48 hours of the delivery date tracking timestamp. Once an inquiry is accepted and a refund is approved by our team, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be processed and appear back on your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders are rapidly sent to our fulfillment partners. You may request a cancellation within a strict 12-hour window from the time the order was placed. After 12 hours, the order is locked in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
